Carol Koziatek

Caroline Vitale Koziatek '92 MBA joined the University of New Haven in August 2007 as Associate Vice President for Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2010. 

An accomplished professional with over 23 years of service in human resources, Koziatek is known as a skilled coach, a master at acquiring top talent and a respected team builder. Most recently, Koziatek was vice president of commercial and consumer strategic business for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in North Haven, Conn., where she served for more than 16 years. 

Previously, she held positions in quality and customer service for Applied Data Processing, Inc. in North Haven, Conn. and in operations and control for the former Macy's in New Haven, Conn. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bryant University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of New Haven.
