Does FABF qualify for Act 60 donations?
Yes. FABF is an approved Puerto Rico charity eligible to receive Act 60 contributions.
How much do I need to donate annually?
Act 60 requires a minimum annual donation of $10,000.
Does $5,000 have to go specifically to youth programs?
Yes. At least $5,000 must be directed to youth or child-focused initiatives. FABF programs fully satisfy this requirement.
Will I receive documentation for compliance?
Yes. FABF provides a formal compliance confirmation letter and detailed receipt documentation for decree records.
Can I give more than the required $10,000?
Absolutely. Many Act 60 donors expand their impact through named scholarships, lab sponsorships, or legacy-level investments.
