Joey Hasson is a cross-functional attorney specializing in commercial real estate and startup law, advising clients across the U.S., Israel, and India. Most recently, he served as an attorney at American Tower, leading high-value telecom leasing and acquisition deals while streamlining national contract operations. Through his solo practice, Joey has acted as outside counsel to startups, family offices, and real estate firms, handling everything from entity formation and SEC compliance to lease negotiations and SaaS agreements. He’s also held strategic legal and operational roles at Lab Ventures and Transpose Platform, where he supported fund structuring, prop tech investment, and early-stage company building.
