Nigel has over 30 years of transformative leadership in the financial software services sector. He has successfully led global teams through complex mergers, acquisitions and technology transformation initiatives across privately held and publicly traded organizations.

Most recently, Nigel served as a Senior Vice President at Axiom Bank, where he cultivated fintech growth and strategic alliances with players such as Visa, Mastercard and the City of Orlando Tech Hub. Prior to that, he spent most of his career in key leadership roles at technology giants such as FIS and Finastra and Harland Financial Solutions where he drove Banking-as-a-Service, open banking, and digital banking initiatives, generating significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
